ASLA-MN partnered with the Minneapolis Parks Foundation, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, and the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District to install Water Works Temporary, a pop-up park celebrating and supporting wildlife along one of the world’s greatest migration routes. The park will act as a demonstration site for the proposed Water Works Park in downtown Minneapolis along the riverfront. Water Works Temporary was unveiled on June 9 as part of the Northern Spark Festival. It will be open to the public through mid-September. Make sure your summer plans include a visit to this innovative site!
