Stantec’s Community Development practice and our Urban Group is growing across North America, and we have an opportunity to join our Midwestern practice in Milwaukee or Madison, WI. This Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager position will work closely with Stantec's Landscape Architects, Planners, and other design and engineering professionals on a wide range of project types for public and private sector clients. Responsibilities will be focused primarily on project management and project delivery, including interacting with clients, managing design processes and document production, assisting with construction administration activities, and other project management activities.

You will work closely with Stantec's Senior Landscape Architects, Planners, and other design and engineering professionals on a wide range of project types for public and private sector clients throughout North America. Responsibilities will include preparing studies, reports, presentation materials, design documents, and construction documents and assisting with construction administration activities.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
Successful candidates must have an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program. Dual degree candidates (Planning and Landscape Architecture) are also encouraged to apply. Current licensure as a Landscape Architect in Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin through reciprocity, is required. We are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of prior landscape architecture experience working within a professional design firm, including at least 3 years of experience in a project management role. Candidates must have experience managing multidisciplinary projects with a constructed value in excess of $1,000,000.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) are required.
