How can you connect with Minnesota's Landscape Architects?
Get involved with ASLA-MN, the state chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Our membership includes over 250 landscape architects and affiliates, and our events and publications reach a larger community of over 600 designers and allied professionals, as well as the emerging professionals currently enrolled in the University of Minnesota’s Landscape Architect program.

How can you get involved?
Join a committee and help us plan for the new year. Join ASLA as an affiliate member, thereby joining ASLA-MN (visit www.asla.org).  Sponsor events or programs to gain name recognition and loyalty among members and allied professionals.  You have many options!

Celebrate - Annual Awards Celebration and Gala
Every year in April we celebrate the profession of landscape architecture and recognize award winning designs and luminaries of our field. Our juried awards program attracts submittals from ASLA-MN members and nonmembers. Nearly 200 members, sponsors, award winners, and professionals from allied organizations gather for a social hour and gala at an outstanding venue with display space available.

Education
Attracting allied professionals as well as landscape architects, our annual day-long educational program includes display space for suppliers to exhibit products and services and time to speak with professionals before and after sessions. Shorter programs are offered throughout the year - we welcome your input on hot topics for future programs.

Bowling
Strike up a relationship during a fun and casual night spent with industry peers!

Golf
ASLA-MN hosts a golf tournament each summer for members, allied professionals and vendors. Participants socialize during lunch, golf, and dinner. Sponsors are invited to help organize the event and to support special contests and prizes throughout the day.

SCHMOOZE!

ASLA-MN members enjoy many events throughout the year including picnics, community service events during National Landscape Architecture Month (April) and specialty events that celebrate ASLA-MN’s annual theme. These social events allow vendors to get to know practitioners in relaxing and enjoyable environments.

COMMUNICATE

_SCAPE - Fall and Spring Issues
The full color regional design magazine _SCAPE is a showcase publication that regularly garners national attention. _SCAPE is distributed to 700 landscape architects, allied professionals, state and local officials, and public subscribers throughout the state.

The Web
Our website keeps members informed about current information while providing sponsors exposure to our membership every time they log on for chapter information. Your logo can be linked to your website providing seamless access to all of your service and product information.

Newsletter
Distributed to a list of 600+, ASLA-MN’s monthly e-newsletter places sponsor information alongside important chapter news and announcements. This format offers sponsors an opportunity to regularly connect with ASLA-MN members.
